Hosted by the Beyond Healing team, the podcast reaches a global audience of clinicians passionate about trauma-informed care. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to expand our digital presence and deepen engagement with our community of listeners.

The Role
We need a creative and organized Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and publish content across our channels. This role includes content creation, scheduling, community engagement (responding to comments/messages), and analytics tracking to grow our reach.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish posts for Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Write captions in our brand voice (professional, relational, compassionate).

Repurpose podcast episodes into clips, audiograms, and quotes.

Respond to comments and messages to foster community interaction.

Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.

Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Experience managing social media accounts for brands or podcasts.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video trends.

Comfort using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Opus Clip for basic content editing.

Ability to work independently and stay aligned with our mission and tone.

Preferred Experience

Background in mental health, wellness, or education spaces.

Experience with Go High Level or other scheduling/automation tools.

Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.

Compensation

Part-time contract role with flexible hours.

Compensation based on experience, with potential for growth.
