YouTube Shorts Editor

We’re looking for a skilled YouTube Shorts editor to join our channel. We are ONLY looking for editors who are skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro. The editing should be clean, bright, and engaging, similar to the style shown in these examples:

----------What You’ll Do----------
- Start with a paid trial project ($10 per short).
- Edit 40–60 second faceless YouTube Shorts (1-2 videos per day).
- Match and adapt to the reference style while adding your own creative spin.
- Pace edits effectively to maximize retention and storytelling flow.
- Source and use high-quality, copyright-free clips. Most of the videos you’ll use will be from TikTok. A guide on sourcing clips will be provided in the SOP.
- Add sound design, captions, transitions, and motion graphics to make each video pop.
- Apply color correction, audio balancing, and final polish.
- Collaborate with the team via Google Drive, Google Docs, and WhatsApp.

- Proven experience editing YouTube Shorts.
- Strong portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience psychology.
- Detail-oriented with visuals and audio.
- Independent, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Has a capable setup (PC/laptop that can handle and export Shorts efficiently).

----------Pay & Perks----------
- $10-$20 per Short (Depending on output).
- If you can create several Shorts in one day, you’ll be able to boost your income even more. However, consistent quality is a must, lower-quality work will not be accepted.
- Bonus pay for high-performing or viral Shorts.
