Our work includes podcasts, live and virtual training programs, and community-based learning experiences. We are growing rapidly and seeking a Marketing & Web Development Specialist to help us optimize and scale our digital presence.

The Role
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of building, optimizing, and maintaining our marketing systems in Go High Level (GHL). This includes designing and managing our websites, funnels, email campaigns, and automations that support our training programs and digital products.

Responsibilities

Build and manage our Go High Level website, funnels, and landing pages.

Design and implement automations, workflows, and pipelines to streamline customer experience.

Create and manage email campaigns (templates, sequences, tracking).

Integrate payment systems, booking links, and CRM functions.

Collaborate with our leadership team to align marketing systems with overall business goals.

Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) web development and automations.

Strong skills in web design, funnel building, and email marketing.

Familiarity with CRM systems, Stripe, Zapier, and WordPress is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve tech issues independently.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Preferred Experience

Background in digital marketing or marketing automation.

Experience supporting education, training, or mental health organizations.

SEO and content optimization skills.

Compensation

Contract or part-time role with potential for expansion into long-term work.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
