AI Image Generation Specialist

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are seeking a talented AI Image Generation Specialist to play a critical role in our production workflow in creative image ads for Facebook.

You will be working with a suite of AI image tools as well as photo editing tools day to day, along with project managing the production of images required for select clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce and Curate High-Quality Images: Execute the full image generation workflow daily, including receiving assets, generating images using AI tools, selecting top images, upscaling, and editing backgrounds to meet quality standards.

• Manage File Organization and Naming: Apply consistent naming conventions and upload final edited images to designated folders to maintain an organized and easily accessible asset library.

• Prompt Writing and Creative Adjustments: Customize and refine AI generation prompts to accurately represent hero products and maintain visual brand consistency across all assets.

• Quality Control and Selection: Review and choose the most visually compelling images for each product, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and deliver the best customer experience.

• Daily Progress Tracking and Reporting: Document and report the number of images completed and products processed at the end of each workday using provided reporting tools (Excel).

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:

1. Images processed per day: minimum 40 images on average per day, with increased efficiency over time.

2. Image approval rates: client approval rate of images generated is 80% and above (approval rate = no edits).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

AI & Automation Proficiency:
• 1 year experience AI image prompting and/ or generation
• Experience in AI tools including ChatGPT and Sora for content creation and optimization

Image Editing:
• Experience doing photo editing using tools like Photoshop and Canva
• Proven experience working with a brief to create specific image outcomes
