Recruiter for YouTube Channels (Full-Time, Remote)

We run multiple YouTube channels and we’re growing fast. To keep up, we need someone who can constantly bring in new talent for our team.

Pretty much the conversation goes like this:
-> Us: “We need a new Video Editor for cooking videos!”
-> You: “Got it! Give me 3 days — I’ll send you multiple perfect candidates.”

We’re looking for someone with real recruitment experience who can take full ownership: posting jobs, handling applicants, and making sure we always have great people ready to join.

This Job’s For You If:
-> You have solid experience in recruitment (no beginners)
-> You’re organized and can track posts, emails, and candidates without confusion
-> You write clear, engaging job posts (not boring walls of text)
-> You want a long-term role with steady pay and bonuses

What You’ll Do:
-> Write and manage job posts
-> Talk with applicants and track the hiring funnel (via email)
-> Prepare polished test tasks and instructions
-> Set up Google Form interviews and track candidates

Pay:
-> $2/hour base pay
-> $10 bonus for every candidate you recruit who successfully joins (Daily extra $$$)
-> Fully remote with flexible hours (as long as results are met)
-> Weekly feedback so you know how you’re doing
-> Long-term growth into higher-paying positions (Hiring Lead / Manager)

Example: 1 hire/day = $300/month in bonuses. 2 hires/day = $600/month. And it keeps scaling.
