Position: E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant

Infini Comix is a growing online retailer specializing in Pokémon cards, comics, and collectibles. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant to help maintain our Shopify website and manage our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the Shopify store (add/edit product listings, update images, manage inventory, ensure accuracy of product details).

Monitor and improve website presentation to create a smooth customer experience.

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with regular updates on new products, promotions, and announcements.

Create engaging posts and content that drive traffic and increase sales.

Assist with basic online customer inquiries or direct them to the right channel.


Qualifications:

Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (preferred but not required—willing to train the right person).

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Interest in Pokémon, comics, or collectibles is a plus!
