We’re hiring a proactive Appointment Setter / Office VA to engage prospective clients, open new opportunities, and keep our sales pipeline moving. You’ll manage schedules, set appointments, and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly—playing a key role in maintaining client relationships and supporting our team’s goals.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and social channels.
- Qualify leads (needs, budget, decision process) and document next steps.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate seamlessly with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records with detailed prospect notes.
- Follow up to nurture relationships and sustain engagement.
- Track and report KPIs for lead generation and appointments set.
- Handle administrative tasks: data entry, inbox management, document prep.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in appointment setting, telemarketing, office admin, or inside sales (required).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong organization and time management; reliable follow-through.
- Expert-level proficiency in GHL (Go High Level)—CRM, email, and calendar functions (required).
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fast, reliable internet and a dedicated remote setup.
- A strong blend of office admin skills with appointment-setting experience.
