Cold Caller - Sales - SDR

Responsibilities

-Make outbound calls to business owners daily
-Book demos for our sales team (no closing required)
-Follow scripts and objection handling techniques
-Log calls + notes in CRM
-Hit weekly call + demo targets
-Communicate daily with team

Tools Used

-CRM (for calling, tracking leads, and viewing commissions)

Work Schedule

-Full-Time
-Monday to Friday
-9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Toronto Time)
-Includes a 1-hour break (flexible split)

Training

-Complete training provided on scripts, tone, call flow, and CRM usage.
-There is a 1-day (4-hour) unpaid live practice session before final selection. This ensures communication and skill match.

Requirements

-Strong spoken English (very important)
-Confident, clear communicator
-Comfortable speaking on the phone
-Stable internet + quiet work environment
-Must be comfortable with screen-sharing while working

Compensation

-Base Salary: $300 CAD / month
-Commission Structure (Non-Retroactive):
-Deals 1–10 per month: $150 per closed deal
-Deals 11+ in the same month: $200 per closed deal
(Only deals 11 and above are paid at $200. The first 10 stay at $150 — this is not retroactive.)

Closed Deals Commission Base Total Monthly Earnings
5 deals 5 × $150 = $750 + $300 $1,050/month
10 deals 10 × $150 = $1,500 + $300 $1,800/month
12 deals (10 × $150) + (2 × $200) = $1,900 + $300 $2,200/month
15 deals (10 × $150) + (5 × $200) = $2,500 + $300 $2,800/month
20 deals (10 × $150) + (10 × $200) = $3,500 + $300 $3,800/month

The more demos you book ? the more we close ? the more you earn!!
NOTE: This is on Closed deals only- not just on booked demos
If you're very good on booking us calls we can exceed the 20 deals per month so you can earn even more $$$
