What You’ll Do:
* Deal Scheduling & Communication
- Coordinate seller call schedules across sellers, brokers, partners, and internal teams
- Send intro emails and follow up with brokers and sellers to secure meetings and info
- Act as the main contact for seller call-related questions
- Support the Deal Manager with admin and coordination tasks

* Quality Control – Follow up with Deal Associates to ensure all internal steps are completed
* Process Follow-Up – Follow up with brokers/sellers to keep our pipeline active.
* Email/Slack Management – Handle all email and Slack notifications related to seller calls, ensuring responses within 3 hours during business hours.
* Tracking & Reporting – Maintain and update trackers, ensuring no deal falls through the cracks.

Who You Are:
* Master Coordinator – You’re skilled at aligning calendars, managing logistics, and keeping complex scheduling and communications on track without missing a beat.
* Meticulous Executor – You pay close attention to detail, ensuring every update, follow-up, and document is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal processes.
* Clear and Confident Communicator – You know how to manage professional outreach, provide timely responses, and follow up persistently yet respectfully to move things forward.
* Process-Oriented Problem Solver – You stay calm under pressure, identify issues before they escalate, and work independently to find solutions in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, lending, etc.).
* Proficient in Slack, Google Calendar, and the broader Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
* Strong organizational skills with a focus on speed, precision, and remote work discipline.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
