This role is for a fast-moving influencer/entrepreneur who travels, builds businesses, and films daily content across Bangkok, Beirut, Dubai, Phi Phi, Chicago, and beyond. You’ll be editing Reels, cinematic YouTube vlogs, and viral micro-content that actually performs.

What I’m NOT looking for:
• People who need hand-holding
• Basic editors who just cut and crop
• Slow turnaround or zero creative input

What You’ll Do:
• Edit Instagram Reels (15–60 sec) that actually go viral
• Cut long-form YouTube vlogs with hooks, pacing, b-roll, text, and story
• Add music, captions, zooms, transitions, sound effects, and memes to match current trends
• Own the post-production process like it’s your channel

What You Must Have:
• Fluent in English
• Experience editing for creators or personal brands
• Portfolio of viral Reels and/or YouTube vlogs
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and trend-jacking
• Fast turnaround (24–48h on Reels, 3–4 days on Vlogs)

Bonus If You:
• Know how to structure a hook (0:00–0:03) that keeps people watching
• Can source b-roll, memes, captions, and subtitles to amplify attention
