Virtual Assistant (Admin & Operations Support) – SK Civil & Landscaping
About Us:
SK Civil & Landscaping Ltd is a growing landscaping and civil works company based in Christchurch, New Zealand. We handle residential and subdivision projects (lawns, fencing, planting, hydroseeding, decking, and more). We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us automate and streamline our admin so we can focus on growing the business.

? Role Overview
You will work directly with the company director to manage admin, client communication, job scheduling, and support tasks inside our project management software (Tradify). Training and clear systems will be provided – we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

???? Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to client
• Create jobs and quotes in Tradify (from templates).
• Follow up on pending quotes and overdue invoices.
• Generate and send supplier purchase orders.
• Upload Health & Safety documents to job folders.
• Keep Google Drive files organised and up to date.
• Provide daily updates to the director on pending tasks.

???? Requirements
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or admin support.
• Strong English (written & spoken).
• Experience with:
• Admin software (Tradify or similar like Jobber/Fergus – training provided).
• Accounting software (Xero preferred, MYOB experience a bonus).
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• High attention to detail, organised, and proactive.
• Reliable internet connection and availability during NZ business hours (at least 4 hours overlap).

? Hours & Pay
• Starting: 20 hours per week (with potential to grow to full-time).
• Rate: NZD $4-$6hour (depending on experience).
• Work from home, flexible but must overlap at least part of NZ daytime.
