Part-Time Video Editor - Social Media Ads Focus

We're looking for a creative video editor to join our team part-time (potentially full time in the future) ! This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting compelling social media ads and knows about the latest AI trends and updates in content creation. As we usually don't have as much raw footage. We need someone that's very experienced with creating AI image generators and AI video content as well as knows how to use other AI tools.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be creating and editing video ads for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). This isn't about churning out quick viral content - we need someone who understands how to make ads that convert. You'll be working with raw footage, and AI-generated content to create polished advertisements that stop the scroll.

What we need from you:

Strong experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, GPT Image, etc.)
Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms (Higgsfield, Flux, Veo 3, HeyGen, or similar)
Solid video editing skills with software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or even just Capcut.
A portfolio showing social media ads you've created (not just organic content)
Understanding of what makes ads work on different platforms
Ability to blend AI-generated assets seamlessly with traditional footage
Good eye for pacing, hooks, and CTAs that drive results

Nice to have:

Experience with motion graphics and basic animation
Knowledge of social media ad specs and best practices
Background in performance marketing or working directly with ad campaigns

This is a remote-friendly, part-time position (potentially full time within 2-6 weeks) with flexible hours. We're looking for someone who can commit to [10-20 hours per week] and deliver quality work on deadline.
