Set up CPA campaigns on CPV labs

I need CPA campaigns set up with CPV labs. They will Adult CPA and the person must be about with viewing adult images.
I would be supplying the images, landing pages and offers.
The applicant would have sound knowledge of CPV Labs and CPA campaigns, they must also have knowledge of FileZilla.
If they have photoshop skills that would be an advantage, but not essential.
Initially it will be only one campaign, but more will follow for the right person
