This is a Product Listing job where you would have to follow a very clear process to prepare and publish products in our stores. Once you understand every step, the workflow will become very simple.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

Shopify (eCommerce platform)

Canva / Photoroom (background editing tools)

Google Sheets (for reporting and organization)

ChatGPT (for product descriptions, translations, and edits)

DeepL (for accurate translations)

Slack (communication channel)

Responsibilities:

Importing and sorting new products into our Shopify stores.

Ensuring all product titles, descriptions, and variants are consistent and clear.

Editing and formatting product images (e.g., setting the correct background).

Requesting and implementing size charts for products that perform well.

Making sure each product page is optimized for clarity and conversions.

Adding accurate product tags, collections, and meta descriptions.

Reporting weekly on the status of newly listed products.

Following SOPs and improving listing processes where necessary.

Applicant needs to:

Speak fluent English (written and verbally)

Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce product listing or store management

Have strong attention to detail (no duplicates, no formatting errors, no missing information)

Be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow

Available to join immediately

Be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week once you are asked to start working full-time (we will start with a two-week trial period)
