Video & Photo Content Creator / Editor (Part-Time, Project-Based)

About the Role

A Hawaii-based creative team is looking for a video and photo editor with graphic design skills to turn a large library of raw video and photos into engaging, on-brand content.
This is more than editing—it’s about creating stories around design, construction, and lifestyle with a tropical, adventurous feel.

Responsibilities
• Organize and edit video clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
• Create occasional longer videos (5–10 minutes) for YouTube or web
• Design clean, eye-catching thumbnails, titles, and graphics that fit the team’s style
• Edit and enhance photos for social posts and other creative uses
• Suggest and develop new content ideas from existing footage
• Communicate progress and deliver polished work on schedule

Qualifications
• Strong experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Solid graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• Eye for color, storytelling, and pacing
• Understanding of social media trends and formatting
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiar with ---------- and Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) for project management and collaboration
• Bonus: Simple motion graphics or animation skills

Work & Compensation
• Part-time, project-based role
• Remote work from the Philippines
• Flexible schedule that allows overlap with Hawaii time zones
• Payment per project or hourly, depending on experience and scope
