Appointment Setter / Cold Caller for Nissan Canada – Montreal (Work From Home) (Remote, Night Shift)

I am a car sales consultant at Nissan Canada (Montreal, Canada) and I am looking for a proactive, confident appointment setter to join my team.


Your Role:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists.

Follow a proven script to introduce Nissan vehicles and offers.

Qualify interest and book appointments directly into my calendar.

Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups.

Schedule (Philippines Time):

Initial: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PHT (corresponds to 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM Montreal time).

Growth Path: Move to full-time schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Montreal time) once you’re fully trained and performing well.
?? This is strictly a night shift role (due to North American time zones).


Requirements:
Fluent English (neutral accent a must; clear and confident speaking voice).

Prior cold calling and appointment setting experience is mandatory.

French speaking is a plus.

Stable internet connection + quiet work environment.

Disciplined, coachable, and results-driven.

Comfortable working night shifts consistently.

Training & Tools Provided:

VoIP phone system with a local Montreal number (514/438).

Nissan product knowledge training so you sound professional and credible.

Sales scripts + objection handling playbook.

Google Calendar / Calendly for scheduling.

Tracking sheets for accountability.

Compensation:

Starting salary range: $320–$640 CAD per month (part-time at first).

Opportunity to increase with performance and when transitioning to full-time hours.
