Role: Graphic Designer (Short-Term Project with view to maintenance support)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will focus on designing high-quality digital content to support webinars, online courses, and training programs. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines and elevate the online learning experience.

This is not a web development role, but familiarity with digital platforms (such as Elementor or other content management tools) is highly valued to ensure your designs can be seamlessly implemented online.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually compelling assets for webinars, online courses, training manuals, and e-learning materials.

Create branded templates for slides, workbooks, and digital handouts.

Ensure all creative output follows established brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, education, and content teams to bring concepts to life.

Optimise graphics for digital use (web, mobile, email, and social platforms).

Work with platforms like Elementor to upload, adjust, or implement your designs (no coding required).

Manage multiple design projects and deliver on time with high attention to detail.


Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within digital marketing, education, or e-learning.

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.

Experience creating templates, layouts, and digital publications.

Understanding of UI/UX principles for designing online content.

Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress + Elementor) is an advantage, but not essential.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
