ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll be the financial backbone of our operation—ensuring our books are clean, accurate, and always up-to-date. This is a hands-on role working directly with our CEO and leadership team to keep everything running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

*Managing books in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
*Handling cash vs accrual accounting, manual journal entries, and ledger maintenance
*Preparing clean monthly financial reports
*Performing bank/credit card reconciliations and month-end closings
*Supporting IRS-related prep (1099-K, expense categorization, deductions)

What we're looking for:

*Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
*QBO Certified
*eCommerce accounting experience is a MUST
*Deep understanding of:
- U.S. GAAP
- IRS policies related to eCommerce
- General ledger and manual adjustments

Work Setup:

- Fully remote
- Flexible hours (be available when needed for calls or alignment)
- You'll be directly reporting to the CEO
