About the Role
We’re hiring a top-tier Video Editor who already operates at a viral standard. You must have experience editing short-form Reels and long-form YouTube videos that are fast-paced, emotionally compelling, visually clean, and built for attention retention.
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who already performs at a world-class level — and is constantly learning from the best creators in the game (like MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, Ali Abdaal, etc.).

Responsibilities
Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong storytelling flow
Incorporate jump cuts, zooms, sound design, motion graphics, and ---------- s
Apply premium color correction, skin tone matching, and audio leveling
Add dynamic B-roll, effects, or cutaways to maintain viewer retention
Deliver versions optimized for each platform
Collaborate inside Notion, ---------- , Google Drive, and Slack

You Must Be Someone Who:
Already edits at a viral level (your work speaks for itself)
Studies top editors and creator formats weekly
Understands storytelling, pacing, emotion, and viewer psychology
Has extreme attention to detail — visual, audio, flow
Can handle creative direction without hand-holding
Communicates proactively and meets deadlines

Technical Requirements
Laptop powerful enough to handle 4K footage & rendering
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Knows how to:
Match color tones across cameras
Design for attention retention (shifts every 6–7 seconds)
