JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels. This role plays a critical part in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating qualified leads that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Campaign Management

• Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage integrated campaigns across search, social media, email, display, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and trends.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices.
• Execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and monitor performance for maximum ROI.
• Track keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and site performance.

3. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content and campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.

4. Content & Email Marketing

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging multimedia content.
• Build and maintain email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated drip campaigns, and targeted outreach.
• Segment email lists, personalize content, and analyze open and conversion rates.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, social insights, and other tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.

6. Brand & Reputation Management

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor online reputation, manage reviews, and implement strategies to enhance brand perception.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with a strong grasp of branding.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
• Graphic design and video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation software.
