We’re looking for a sharp, confident, and fluent Appointment Setter to join our remote team. Your role will be to connect with warm leads and prospects, qualify them, and book appointments for our sales or service team.

This is a client-facing, results-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, follow-through, and a positive attitude. If you're a natural conversationalist who thrives in high-performance environments, we want to meet you.

? Requirements:

1–2+ years of proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales

Fluent English speaker (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent

Comfortable making outbound calls, following scripts, and handling objections

Ability to track outreach using tools like Google Sheets, CRM, or ClickUp

Strong listening skills, professionalism, and persistence

Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

Experience in real estate, coaching, agency, or service-based industries

Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, or CRMs

Background in U.S.-based campaigns or outbound lead generation

???? Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and warm prospects.

Managing Calendar, booking appointments

Follow up via phone, SMS, or email to secure appointment bookings

Use CRM or tracking sheets to manage lead status and next steps

Meet weekly/monthly appointment goals

Report performance and insights to the team lead or founder
