Experienced Real Estate Dispositions Specialist

We are a US/Florida-based real estate investment company seeking a talented Dispositions Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a master networker and deal-maker who can build our network of buyers and sell our properties quickly.

Your Mission:

Your primary role is to find reliable buyers for our properties and deals. You will be responsible for building our buyers list and marketing our inventory effectively to ensure successful and profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively hunt for and identify new cash buyers, landlords, and other investors for our deals.
• Utilize tools like Propstream and Propwire to find active buyers and real estate agents in target markets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with real estate agents to access their buyer networks.
• Make initial contact, build rapport, and qualify new buyers before connecting them with our team lead for further relationship building.
• Market our inventory of deals to the buyers list. This includes wholesale contracts, rentals, lease options, land, mobile homes, and JV deals with our partners.
• Manage, segment, and continuously grow our company's buyers list.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate dispositions or a similar real estate sales role. No training will be provided.
• Expertise in building and managing a cash buyers list.
• Proficiency with Propstream and/or Propwire for finding buyers is required.
• Fluent in English with exceptional sales, rapport-building, and communication skills.
• Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Position Details:

• Pay: Competitive rate, paid biweekly.
• Schedule: Flexible shifts. We have openings for both weekday (Monday-Friday) and weekend (Saturday-Sunday) positions. US HOURS ONLY
• Hours: Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.
• Location: Fully Remote.
