As our Senior Tax & Compliance Accountant, you'll be the technical backbone of our compliance services – preparing complex tax returns, managing statutory obligations, and navigating the intricate world of Australian taxation for clients who are changing their industries.

But this isn't just about crunching numbers. You'll mentor junior accountants, collaborate with client managers, and help build processes that scale as we grow. In other words, you'll have impact beyond the spreadsheet.

You're Perfect For This If You Have:

3+ years of Australian tax and compliance experience in an accounting firm
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or Business (Accounting major)
Strong understanding of Australian tax law, FBT, Div7A, and trust structures
Xero certification with confidence in Xero Tax and XPM
Experience mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)

Bonus Points For:

BPO or remote Australian client service experience
SMSF expertise
Experience with Karbon, Koinly or similar tools
Background working with eCommerce, hospitality, or digital/creative clients
