About Us
Sera Luna Co. is a luxury wedding photography and videography brand. We are seeking a Go High Level (GHL) Specialist to design and implement sales-focused automations and systems. Most of the funnels you will build will be aimed at upselling existing customers or downselling new inquiries. The role is implementation-heavy: you will take direction and build out new systems that align with our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Go High Level Automations (Primary Task)
Build, test, and optimize workflows, pipelines, automations, and triggers in GHL.
Create funnels that focus on upselling current customers and downselling new inquiries.
Troubleshoot, refine, and improve existing setups to ensure smooth function.
Systems Building
Develop new internal sales systems to increase conversions and efficiency.
Document workflows and ensure automations are easy to follow for future updates.
Copywriting (Ideal Skill)
Write or adapt email sequences, ad copy, and funnel messaging that drive sales.
Edit and refine existing copy to maximize conversions.

Collaboration
Work closely with the business owner to turn instructions into completed automations.
Provide suggestions to improve efficiency and client experience.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Go High Level: must provide proof of building working automations.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, upsells, and downsells.
Copywriting skills: conversion-focused writing preferred.
Ability to follow instruction while also problem-solving independently.
Professional communication and reliability.
