About Us
We are a fast-growing U.S. candle brand creating small-batch, hand-poured candles for boutiques, gift shops, food stores, and more. We’re expanding into new Midwest markets and seeking experienced sales professionals to open wholesale accounts in an assigned state.

Role Overview
You will manage the entire customer pipeline—from generating your own leads to post-sale follow-up and account nurturing.
This role offers a $250/month guaranteed base pay plus commission on every collected order, with no cap on earnings.
Work is highly flexible—you choose when and how you work—as long as you close a minimum of 5 new wholesale accounts every month and maintain roughly 20 hours of productive effort per week.

Key Responsibilities

Source your own leads and identify independent boutiques, gift shops, salons, coffee shops, and other specialty retailers within your assigned U.S. state.

Conduct outreach through email, Messenger/DM, and phone calls to introduce our candle line and secure minimum wholesale orders of $400 or more.

Present product information, pricing, and order details using our provided sales materials.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, closing orders, coordinating payment/shipping, and maintaining ongoing relationships.

Track all sales and customer information in our CRM.

Compensation

Base Pay: $250 USD per month for approximately 20 hours of productive work each week. You are welcome to work more, sell more, and earn more commission. 20 hours/week is expected of just the base pay, but your earning potential is unlimited.

Commission: Additional commission on every collected wholesale order.

Weekly payouts!

No cap on earnings—high performers can earn significantly more through commissions.

Required Qualifications

Proven B2B or wholesale sales experience (gift, boutique, or specialty retail preferred).

High English proficiency (written and spoken) with clear, professional communication skills.

Comfortable handling email, Messenger/DM, and phone outreach.

Ability to own the full customer pipeline from lead generation through post-sale follow-up.

Organized and self-motivated to hit monthly sales targets without daily supervision.

Performance Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
Reps must close at least 5 new wholesale accounts every month to remain in the role and continue receiving the $250 base and commissions.

There is a lot of opportunity for growth. This is our first round of hiring for our vision to eventually have a team of 50 reps managing territories across the nation. We will need sales reps, managers, etc. Great opportunity to get in early and grow with us!
