On-Call Freelance Graphic Designer

We are a U.S.-based marketing & staffing company looking for a few skilled freelance Graphic Designer in the Philippines to join our on-call creative team. This is a project-based role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who wants consistent freelance work and can handle quick turnarounds.

Responsibilities:

Create social media graphics, flyers, posters, event kits, and pitch decks

Prepare print-ready and digital assets (correct specs, exports, bleeds, CMYK, etc.)

Build brand kits and templates in Canva, Adobe, or Figma

Collaborate via Notion.

Deliver projects within 48–96 hours with occasional rush/urgent requests.

Requirements:

3+ years professional design experience

Strong portfolio (please include link)

Proficiency in Adobe CC, Canva, Figma

Strong English communication skills

Reliable PC + stable high-speed internet

Bonus Skills (not required but preferred):

Motion graphics (After Effects, animation)

Basic web/HTML/CSS or WordPress/Webflow asset handoff

IT skills (troubleshooting, website/hosting support, email/domain setup)

Compensation:

$6–$12 USD per hour depending on experience

Per-project rates possible
