About the Role
You’ll work as an Appointment Setter using our AI booking bot to handle most of the heavy lifting. The bot automatically messages leads and sets meetings—you simply monitor conversations, confirm bookings, and call leads at their scheduled time to confirm their needs.

Responsibilities
• Monitor SMS lead activity and ensure appointments are booked smoothly
• Call booked leads to confirm interest and qualify needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects
• Hit weekly booking and performance targets

Requirements
• Excellent English (spoken + written)
• 6 months–2 years experience in appointment setting or sales
• Reliable internet connection & clear mic
• Available 9AM–5PM Eastern Time
• Self-motivated and resilient (no micromanagement culture)

Compensation
• $250 base + $250 bonuses for every 10 booked meetings + $250 for every closed deal
• Average earnings: $1,500–$2,500/month
• Fully remote with growth potential to Team Lead or Closer roles
