About Me:
I’m a Real Estate Agent based in California, and I’m looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join my team. The main focus will be lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting. If you’re proactive, reliable, and great at communication, this is a long-term opportunity with growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Make daily cold calls to leads from my existing database.
Use tools like KVCore (BoldTrail), Follow Up Boss, and PropertyRadar to work leads and generate new opportunities.
Follow provided guidelines for searches in PropertyRadar to target potential sellers/buyers.
Organize and update CRM databases to ensure accurate lead tracking.
Set appointments with qualified leads for me to follow up.
Provide daily/weekly progress updates.

Requirements:
Proficiency in English (written & spoken) with a confident phone presence.
Experience in real estate cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems (KVCore, Follow Up Boss) is a plus.
Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. hours (flexible).

Compensation:
Base hourly rate (commensurate with experience).
Performance bonuses based on quality leads and appointments booked.
