Video Editor NEEDED

Key Responsibilities
- Ad Creative Production
- Edit 5–10 short-form ads per day/week (mix of brand-new edits and template iterations).
- Follow clearly written editing briefs and brand guidelines from our Creative Director.
- Source content online on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Shorts, and on Google.
- Test multiple hooks, music beds, captions, and layouts to maximize scroll-stop.
- Deliver organized project files and exports to the media-buying team on time, every time.

Asset & Workflow Management
- Pull footage from Google Drive, keep folders tidy, and update status in Google Sheets.
- Flag missing assets or creative gaps proactively; suggest solutions, not just problems.
- Maintain an evolving library of templates, presets, and motion graphics to speed output.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Solid English communication with a positive tone.
- 2 + years editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci.
- Ability to craft TikTok/Meta/Facebook-style e-commerce ads.
- Comfortable inside Google Drive & Google Sheets for file and task tracking.
- Self-starter who owns outcomes, manages multiple projects, and thrives on feedback.

Bonus Points
- Familiarity with motion graphics / basic After Effects.
- Keen interest in creative strategy, copy angles, and ad performance metrics.

Hours & Compensation
- Schedule: We just want you to hit our KPIs. Finishing Edits on Time.
- Rate: $450 USD/month starting base + performance bonuses for winning creatives.
- Possible promotion into a senior editing or creative strategist role managing junior editors under you.
