What You’ll Do

???? YouTube Editing (Primary)
Edit talking-head recordings into YouTube-native, high-retention videos (jump cuts, pacing, captions, b-roll, pattern interrupts, zooms, subtitles).
Create shorts (30–60s) from long-form content.
Design eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks.

???? Squarespace & Blog
Use ChatGPT research to draft SEO-friendly blog posts.
Upload/publish posts to Squarespace with proper formatting (H1/H2, meta tags, alt text, links).
Repurpose transcripts into blogs, show notes, or social snippets.

? Tools You Should Know
Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) / Final Cut / CapCut
Design: Photoshop or Canva Pro.
Web/SEO: Squarespace, Google Docs, ChatGPT.
Collab: Google Drive, Slack, YouTube Studio.

- Must-Have Skills -
Proven YouTube editing style (jump cuts, retention editing, storytelling pacing).
Strong English comprehension (for captions, titles, hooks).
Thumbnail design experience.
Reliable and deadline-driven.

- Nice to Haves -
Motion graphics (After Effects/animations).
Advanced SEO knowledge.
Experience with analytics (CTR, retention, watch time).
