We’re a growing social media and marketing agency helping medspas, aesthetics clinics, fitness coaches, and real estate agents generate consistent high-quality leads using social media, automation, and marketing funnels. We’re building a small, high-performing team to scale our agency and deliver real results for clients.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team. Your goal is to book discovery calls with qualified leads and help fuel our growth pipeline. You will play a key role in driving client acquisition and be rewarded for results.

Responsibilities:

- Cold call or DM leads on Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (medspas, fitness coaches, real estate agents) to book qualified discovery calls
- Qualify leads by asking questions about current marketing efforts, lead flow, and goals
- Schedule calls on the calendar and send reminders to prospects
- Follow up with leads that haven’t responded (2–3 touchpoints)
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Report weekly on calls made, booked appointments, and show-up rates

Provide feedback on scripts and processes to improve performance

Key Metrics / KPIs:

1) 30–50 calls/DMs per day
2) 1–2 booked calls per day
3) 70%+ show-up rate for scheduled calls
4) Lead quality – only book qualified prospects for discovery calls

Pay & Perks:

$1.50 – $3.50 USD per hour (depending on experience and performance)
OR 20% commission on closed deals generated from the calls you book — whichever is higher

Additional Details:

- Commission is paid for deals that actually close (after client payment is received)
- High performers have the opportunity to earn bonuses for exceeding targets

You’ll earn a base hourly rate of $1.50–$3.50/hour OR 20% of any deals that close from your booked calls — whichever earns you more.

Requirements:

Strong english communication skills (phone & written)

- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Familiarity with Go High Level CRM
- Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and personable
- Minimum 5 closes per month
