Professional Sales Reps Wanted | Full time | ** Immediate Start** | Base + Commissions

This is a full time position. Please do not apply if you are looking for less than 40 hours/week.

Silmaril Media is seeking motivated, energetic, self-starter sales reps who want to join our dynamic and growing team in the Philippines. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing startup with proven market demand and sales. In this role, you will be required to follow up inbound inquiries about various services and close them. This is a home based position.

Day to Day Responsibility:

Follow up with Inbound Leads and explain about our service offerings.
Learn and demonstrate – Clearly articulate capabilities and advantages of our services to prospective customers.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in leads database
Provide continual input/feedback to the sales and marketing team members.
Being on time every day, the hours will be from 9:00AM-5:00PM EST. This is a high energy position.

Requirements:

Good English Communication skills – verbal & written
Experience in outbound calling.
Work from home environment conducive to efficiency and productivity

General Expectations:

Works effectively in Eastern Standard time business hours and holds themselves to a high standard of exemplary attendance.
Stable internet connection that is able to handle VOIP.
Able to troubleshoot and be resourceful with their personal devices and internet issues should they arise.
Adaptability and responsive to feedback.
Process oriented and well organized
Data entry experience
Personable and enjoys interacting with others
Ability to successfully manage and quickly respond to inbound leads
Hard working and self motivated
Experience with slack, aircall, hubspot - a plus


Location: We are headquartered in Middletown, Delaware and are expanding our Sales team in the Philippines.

COMPUTER & INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:

At least Dual Core Processors with 4GB Ram (Desktop computer preferably)
Must have free disk space for work-related apps/tools to be installed
Must have a working camera for video conferencing
At least 3 mbps download internet speed (Must be DSL or wired internet connection)
Must have a backup PC and internet available in case primary tools malfunction
