Video Editor & SEO Specialist

We are looking for a skilled YouTube Editor & SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is part-time, starting at $4/hour, with the potential for growth based on performance. The ideal candidate is experienced in editing videos for YouTube, optimizing them for SEO using VidIQ (or similar tools), and creating eye-catching thumbnails and metadata that drive traffic and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and optimize videos for YouTube to ensure high-quality production.
Use VidIQ (or similar tools) to maximize reach and visibility.
Research and implement top-ranking SEO keywords for titles, tags, and descriptions.
Create powerful, click-worthy thumbnails that stand out.
Write compelling titles, descriptions, and links designed to drive traffic and engagement.
Monitor performance analytics and recommend improvements for growth.
Stay updated on YouTube trends and best practices for SEO and audience growth.

Requirements
Proven experience with YouTube video editing and SEO optimization.
Strong knowledge of VidIQ or similar SEO/analytics tools.
Graphic design skills for custom thumbnail creation.
Understanding of YouTube’s algorithm and ranking strategies.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
