In need of a Video Editor and Real Estate Picture Editor

Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team, with a focus on creating clean, polished content for real estate listings. You will be working primarily with property videos and photos, so an eye for clean aesthetics, smooth transitions, and professional presentation is essential.

Responsibilities:

Edit real estate listing videos for use on websites, social media, and marketing platforms

Enhance and retouch property photos (interior and exterior) for online listings

Use Final Cut Pro and Lightroom (or similar tools) to ensure high-quality visual output

Apply light color correction, audio leveling, and stabilization where needed

Work with provided footage and images to create a consistent and polished final product

Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining a high standard of quality

Requirements:

Proficient in Final Cut Pro and Lightroom (or equivalent software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Photoshop)

Strong portfolio showcasing clean, professional editing work (ideally with real estate content)

Attention to detail and a good sense of visual storytelling

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Excellent communication skills

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with drone footage

Basic motion graphics or title animation skills

Knowledge of real estate marketing best practices
