JOB OVERVIEW

Digital Marketing / Social Media Virtual Assistant Scope of Work:
Self-Awareness Course Launch

Project Duration:
- Initial contract: 4 weeks (project-based, tied to course launch)
- Potential to extend into long-term support

Objectives:
- Successfully launch and fill the next cohort of my Self-Awareness course.
- Establish a professional and credible Instagram presence (update my current IG so it’s relatable).
- Build a simple, repeatable funnel to capture leads (emails) for current and future launches.
- Provide consistent reporting and strategic marketing support throughout the project.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Instagram Refresh & Legacy Content
- Revamp IG profile (bio, highlights, overall look/feel).
- Curate 9–12 posts to populate the grid (testimonials, quotes, teaching nuggets, course invite posts).
- Maintain brand consistency across all posts.
- Collaborate in Canva on designs (shared folder).

2. Content Creation & Management
- Create and schedule 6 posts per week for 4 weeks (grid + stories).
- Repurpose course materials, testimonials, and client-written content into polished graphics and captions.
- Suggest and execute content strategies (e.g., pinning key posts, reels for assessment promo).

3. Funnel Setup (Lead Capture)
- Set up Beacons Pro (link-in-bio tool):
- Buttons: 7 custom icons representing each of my curated Dimensions of Wellness
- Create Self-Awareness Assessment (Google Form or Typeform).
- Ensure final step captures name + email.
- Integrate with Google Sheets or Mailchimp (free plan) for list building.
- Test flow to confirm smooth user experience.

4. Email & Nurture
- Set up Mailchimp (or equivalent free platform).
- Format and schedule:
- Automatic thank-you email for assessment completion.
- 2–3 nurture emails (journal prompts, insights, light CTAs to course).

5. Course Enrollment Support
- Ensure Mighty Networks enrollment page is clearly linked across IG + Beacons.

6. Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report weekly on:
- Instagram growth (followers, reach, engagement).
- Assessment completions and email signups.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data.

7. Collaboration & Ownership
- All assets stored in Google Drive + Canva folder owned by me.
- Proactive communicator: suggest ideas and improvements (not just order-taking).
- Meet deadlines and provide weekly check-ins.
- I am experienced in many of the areas I need support in, but don't want to set it up and need to focus on video content as well as other priorities. We will collaborate a LOT on this project!

Skills Required:
- Instagram management (bio refresh, highlights, content scheduling).
- Canva (designing, collaborating and delivering polished graphics).
- Link-in-bio tools (Beacons).
- Google Forms/Typeform + Mailchimp (or equivalent email tools).
- Strong written English (captions, email formatting) - I will proofread and approve before sharing.
- Excellent communication between us - clear and concise with generous presence.
- Light funnel/marketing strategy experience.
- Organized and proactive.
- All login/credential info provided to me.

Deliverables
- Instagram refreshed with at least 9–12 legacy posts + new content scheduled (6 per week).
- Beacons Pro link-in-bio page fully set up.
- Self-Awareness Assessment live (Google Form/Typeform).
- Email capture integrated with Mailchimp or Google Sheets.
- 3–4 emails scheduled (thank-you + nurture).
- Weekly metrics report.
- All assets organized in Google Drive/Canva.

Budget & Timeline:
- Estimated hours: 40-50 total hours over 4 weeks.
- Budget: $500 + bonus of $1,111 if cohort (22 people) signs up.
- Launch target: 4 weeks from hire date.
