Technical Virtual Assistant (AI Automations Agency)

About the Role:

We’re an AI Automation Agency looking for a Technical Virtual Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with us.

This is not a typical VA role. You’ll be working on automation workflows, AI tools, and tech integrations that help businesses save time and scale. If you enjoy problem-solving, experimenting with new tools, and supporting fast-moving projects, this role is for you.


Responsibilities:

Assist in building and maintaining workflows in no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable, GoHighLevel, etc.).

Learn and support projects in n8n.

Manage and update client databases, CRMs, and dashboards.

Research and test new AI and automation tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, Vapi, Retell).

Document workflows and create SOPs for internal use.

Support the developement team with day-to-day technical and operational tasks.



Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant with a technical focus.

Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (Zapier, Make, Airtable, or GoHighLevel).

Quick learner with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English.
