Property Management (Mobile Home Parks)

All of our open positions require a strong foundation in property management software and administrative processes, with a focus on mobile home community operations. All hires are expected to achieve 40% competence within 30 days, 70% within 60 days, and 90% within 90 days.

Wage Rate: VERY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION, dependent on education and experience, before any tax/withholdings. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses, both performance?based and year?end discretionary bonuses.

Wage Status: Full-time foreign independent contractor.

Fringe Benefits: Paid holidays (~10). Paid sick/vacation of 16 days per year. Eligible for team and individual bonuses.
