By building trust with verified reviews, Revyoos enables vacation rental businesses to boost direct bookings, strengthen their reputation, and make data-driven decisions with the help of AI-powered insights.

We are looking for a **motivated, Spanish-speaking Sales Development & Inbound Account Executive** to strengthen our growing sales team. This unique hybrid position combines outbound prospecting for medium and large accounts with the responsibility to qualify and close inbound small accounts.

On the Sales Development side, your main goal is to book demos for our Senior Account Executive team by generating and qualifying opportunities with larger property managers. On the Inbound AE side, you will take ownership of inbound leads. This role is responsible for closing inbound free trials and demo requests, focusing exclusively on small accounts (entry-level plans).

## Key Responsibilities

**Sales Development (Outbound – Medium & Large Accounts)**

* Research and identify potential clients that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
* Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, automation tools).
* Engage prospects to understand needs, challenges, and buying intent.
* Book qualified demos for the Senior Account Executive team.
* Maintain structured follow-up and keep Zoho CRM up to date.

**Inbound Account Executive (Small Accounts)**

* Take ownership of inbound free trials and demo requests from small accounts.
* Manage the entire sales cycle: demo, follow-up, closing, and onboarding handover.
* Focus exclusively on small accounts (entry-level plans), ensuring high conversion.

**CRM & Collaboration**

* Use Zoho CRM to track activities, pipelines, and sequences.
* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align on ICPs, messaging, and campaigns.
* Share insights from calls and outreach to improve lead quality and conversion.

## Requirements

* **Native or fluent Spanish speaker (C1/C2 level).**
* Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
* 3+ years experience in outbound sales development or Account Executive roles.
* Proven ability to qualify leads and book demos for senior sales teams.
* Experience closing inbound leads, free trials, or demo requests.
* Familiarity with Zoho CRM (or similar) and sales automation tools.
* Highly organized, motivated, and goal-driven.

## Preferred

* Background in the vacation rental or property management industry (PMS, OTAs).
* Track record of exceeding KPIs in both prospecting and inbound conversion.
* Knowledge of structured cadences and automation tools.
* Additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.

## Compensation

* Fixed Base Salary.
* Performance-Based Commission:

* Per qualified demo booked for Senior Account Executives.
* Per deal closed for inbound small accounts.
