Job Brief – Video Editor for Meta Ads (Pet Niche Brand)

Who We Are?

We are a 6-figure brand in the pet niche, currently scaling aggressively in the US market. Our growth strategy relies heavily on Meta ads powered by a 50/50 mix of UGC content and VSLs.

What We’re Looking For?

We’re searching for a highly skilled video editor who knows the Meta ads game inside out. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly, and consistently produces high-quality ad creatives.

You should have:
• Proven experience editing for ---------- brands running Facebook/Instagram ads (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of AI tools for video/voice creation (non-negotiable)
• Fluent English communication skills (non-negotiable)
• Experience with VSL'S AND UGC ads (non-negotiable)

• Strong communication and adaptability
• Ability to deliver quality content fast by leveraging AI, sourcing content smartly, and focusing only on high-impact tasks

What’s In It for You?

We don’t operate like a typical “clock-in, clock-out” job. Our reward system is built to pay you based on skill, speed, and results.
• Base salary (to be agreed in the interview)
• + $300 bonus each week if any of your ads hit 2.5+ ROAS. (Weekly performance summary call to review results)
• + $2,000 monthly bonus + a special gift if your ads average 3+ ROAS across the month (Monthly performance summary call to review results)

This means if you’re the right person, your earnings here can easily be 5–10x higher than a standard editing role.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
• 3D modeling
• Experience with AI software like Arcads, Google Veo, or Higgsfield
• Adobe After Effects expertise
• Strong image editing skills
