About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive, fast, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. This is not just another VA gig — you will be the online face and lead manager for two businesses:

1. Wellington Cowork (Ottawa, Canada) – a premium coworking & event space
• Manage all incoming leads from Peerspace, email, and office listing sites.
• Post and update listings on Peerspace, Facebook Marketplace, and other directories.
• Qualify leads, respond quickly, and delegate warm prospects to sales reps.
• Ensure rapid response times (calls/texts/emails) during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

2. Ritmo Energy Gummies (E-commerce brand)
• Reach out to creators/influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage affiliate outreach and communications.
• Support social media engagement, content posting, and marketing tasks.

Responsibilities
• Respond to all inquiries within minutes, not hours.
• Keep listings up-to-date and visible across multiple platforms.
• Track leads and maintain organized records (Google Sheets / CRM).
• Communicate clearly with the team and escalate qualified leads.
• Take initiative to find new platforms and methods to generate exposure.
• Support additional marketing, sales, and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements
• Must be available during Eastern Standard Time business hours (flexible for evenings/weekends if needed).
• Excellent written and spoken English (you will communicate directly with clients).
• Extremely fast, reliable, and responsive — this is the #1 priority.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, and social media apps.
• Must submit a Speedtest.net screenshot with your application to confirm reliable internet.
• Long-term mindset — we want someone who will grow with us, not just look for quick work.

Compensation

???? $600–$800 USD/month (depending on experience, with room for growth as responsibilities expand)
???? 40 hours/week (full-time, EST alignment required)
