Virtual Assistant – Facebook Ads & Canva

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with basic Facebook Ads and ---------- experience to help us launch and manage simple content campaigns. This role is focused on execution, creating straightforward image/video creatives, setting up campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager, and keeping ads running smoothly with light monitoring. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with both creative and ads, this is a great opportunity for you.

1. Creative Asset Creation
• Design simple graphics in Canva
• Create short video edits in Canva
2. Campaign Setup (Facebook Ads Manager)
• Create ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.
• Build simple ad sets
• Upload ad creatives
3. Campaign Management
• Monitor ads daily/weekly for delivery issues (disapproved ads, budget spend, low CTR).
• Pause/duplicate ads as instructed.
