About the Role:
Join Hostguru's dynamic team as a Content Creator / Social Media Manager, where you'll craft compelling visual and written content for our short-term rental clients. You'll be responsible for creating engaging posts that showcase properties, drive bookings, and build strong social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality images, graphics, and visual content for property listings and social media campaigns
Write compelling captions, property descriptions, and social media copy that converts viewers into guests
Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Develop content strategies tailored to the hospitality and short-term rental industry
Monitor engagement and optimize content performance
Collaborate with clients to maintain brand consistency and voice

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Strong visual design skills with proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Excellent copywriting abilities with hospitality/travel industry knowledge preferred
Understanding of social media algorithms and best posting practices
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Portfolio showcasing social media success stories
