## Position Details
**Role:** Full-Time Inventory Coordinator & Systems Manager
**Salary:** $1000 USD per month
**Hours:** Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
**Initial Setup Period:** First 2 months will be 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM Manila time to align with our current needs
**Location:** Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
**Start Date:** Immediate

**IMPORTANT:** You must be available and responsive throughout all working hours for calls, urgent requests, and immediate tasks. This includes being online, accessible via phone/video calls, and ready to handle time-sensitive inventory needs as they arise.

## Primary Responsibilities

### Core Duties (Ongoing):
- Coordinate daily inventory orders across all three store locations
- Maintain and update inventory tracking sheets and systems
- Communicate directly with in-store staff to manage stock levels
- Monitor product availability and coordinate restocking schedules
- Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate stock databases
- **Respond immediately to urgent inventory requests and calls during working hours**

### Initial Setup Phase (First 2 months):
- Organize and digitize existing inventory lists and vendor information
- Update our Shopify website with accurate product information and specifications
- Learn our company systems, processes, and product catalog
- Establish streamlined inventory management workflows
- Create standardized procedures for ongoing operations

### Growth & Development:
- Collaborate on new product development and sourcing
- Research and evaluate potential new vendors and suppliers
- Assist with product categorization and pricing strategies
- Support expansion planning for additional locations

## Required Technical Skills & Tools

### TOP 3 ESSENTIAL SKILLS (Must Have):
1. **Advanced Shopify Management** - Product management, inventory tracking, bulk editing
2. **Advanced Excel/Google Sheets** - Formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting
3. **Fluent English Communication** - Speaking, writing, phone calls, immediate responses

### Additional Technical Requirements:
- **Google Workspace:** Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs for team collaboration
- **Inventory Management Systems:** Experience with retail inventory software preferred
- **Communication Tools:** Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp for team coordination
- **Computer:** Reliable computer with stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- **Data Entry:** Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 60 WPM)

## Required Qualifications

### Essential Requirements:
- **Experience:** Minimum 2-3 years in inventory management, retail operations, or supply chain management
- **Availability:** Must be fully available and responsive during all working hours (no other jobs or commitments during work time)
- **Technical Aptitude:** Quick learner with new software and systems
- **Retail Knowledge:** Understanding of retail operations, product sourcing, and vendor management
- **Reliability:** Must be dependable for immediate response to calls, messages, and urgent requests

### Hardware/Setup Requirements:
- **Reliable Internet:** Minimum 25 Mbps with backup connection
- **Mobile Phone:** Must be accessible for calls during all working hours
- **Quiet Workspace:** Dedicated area for focused work and calls
- **Backup Power:** UPS or generator to ensure continuous availability
- **Headset:** Good quality headset for clear communication

## Work Expectations & Availability

### During Working Hours You Must:
- Be online and accessible via all communication channels
- Respond to messages within 15 minutes maximum
- Answer phone/video calls immediately when needed
- Handle urgent inventory requests without delay
- Take only designated break times (lunch break and two 15-minute breaks)
- Notify management immediately of any technical issues
