Full-Time Web3 Member Support Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for Web3 and blockchain, who can join our support team.

This role requires someone with a strong background in blockchain and Web3, capable of addressing user concerns related to our services.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assign and send KYC emails and approvals
- Welcome and assist new members during onboarding
- Send payment reminders and follow up on invoices and proof of payments
- Respond to general and membership inquiries
- Troubleshoot basic concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Regularly check and manage the support inbox
- Keep our CRM system updated with member information and interactions
- Submit regular reports (e.g., KYC reports, event reports)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Good and stable Internet connection
- Solid knowledge of Web3 technologies, including blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible to work on weekends, US or UK shift time

SALARY:

YOUR PAYMENT IS FIXED AND GUARANTEED. It means that you are paid even during periods of low workload. However, we expect to have consistent tasks for you.
