Etsy Product Lister & Customer Support (with Shopify & POD Experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated eCommerce Virtual Assistant to help manage our 4 online stores (Etsy & Shopify) that sell both digital products and Print-on-Demand (POD) products.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in Etsy product listing (A–Z creation), provide excellent customer service on a daily basis, and be knowledgeable about Shopify, Printful, Printify, and the full POD process.

Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Store Management
Create and optimize Etsy product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, SEO).
Upload and manage product images (from A–Z listing creation).
Update and manage product catalogs across Etsy and Shopify.
Research trends to maximize store visibility and sales.

Customer Service (Daily)

Reply to all customer inquiries promptly and professionally across 4 stores.
Handle refunds, order issues, and disputes.
Manage revision requests for digital/POD products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Order & POD Management
Coordinate with Printful, Printify, and other POD suppliers.
Track orders, resolve fulfillment issues, and ensure smooth delivery.
Process refunds, replacements, and custom requests as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Etsy product listing & SEO.
Knowledge of Shopify store management.
Strong understanding of Print-on-Demand (Printful, Printify, etc.).
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Customer service experience (refunds, disputes, revisions).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop or similar) is a plus.
Highly organized and able to handle multiple stores at once.
