Microsoft Product Sales Representative (Remote)
Full-Time | Remote | Commission + Base Pay
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for tech and a track record in B2B sales? We’re looking for a dynamic Microsoft Product Sales Representative (Remote) (Outbound Focus) to join our team and drive growth by selling Microsoft software solutions to businesses across various industries.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the entire sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing the deal
Conduct outbound calls and personalized
Present, demo, and sell Microsoft software products (e.g., Microsoft 365, Office Home and Business, Servers) to B2B clients
Build relationships with decision-makers including IT managers, operations heads, and procurement teams
Handle objections and customize pitches to meet specific client needs
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and follow up on leads efficiently
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales (software sales preferred)
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle independently
Familiarity with Microsoft products or cloud-based software solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Nice to Have:
Prior experience selling Microsoft software or working with a Microsoft partner
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools
Background in SaaS or IT solution selling
