Experienced VSL Video Editor – DTC eCommerce

Our brand is expanding quickly so we’re looking for a full-time VSL Editor to help us create high-converting video ads for our social media platforms. If you're skilled in video editing and have a strong eye for pacing, clarity, and conversions, this could be the perfect long-term opportunity for you.

About the Role:
As our eCommerce brand continues to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor to join us full-time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that support our marketing campaigns. You’ll work to produce engaging, results-driven video ads that reflect our brand’s tone and goals.

What you'll be doing?
- Editing long-form VSL-style video ads based on scripts and pre-provided assets
- Adding subtitles, transitions, and simple effects to improve flow and retention
- Using either AI voiceovers or native audio (depending on the project)
- Creating multiple ad variations and aspect ratios for different placements

What makes you a great fit?
- 2+ years experience working as a Video Editor for a DTC eCommerce brand
- A reliable, high-performance PC or laptop that can handle heavy video workflows without lags or delays
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
- Strong attention to details
- Full-time availability and great communication skills
