We are Royal Lash & Co, a fast-growing beauty education brand helping brow and lash artists refine their skills, build confidence, and grow successful businesses. We’re preparing for an exciting online course launch and are looking for a Proactive Virtual Assistant who is skilled, organised, and creative.

This isn’t just a “task-taker” role – we want someone who is confident to take initiative, lead projects, and get things done without waiting for step-by-step approval. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on creativity, organisation, and marketing, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Canva)
– Design social media graphics, manuals, and branded course materials.
– Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.

Online Course Management (Thinkific)
– Upload and format course content (modules, videos, and downloadable resources).
– Build a seamless course structure with clear navigation and professional presentation.
– Assist with creating course landing pages inside Thinkific that convert visitors into students.
– Optimise student experience by ensuring attachments, links, and videos are easy to access.


Email Marketing & Communication
– Write and schedule emails to students and leads.
– Assist with newsletters and email campaigns using Klaviyo.

Lead Generation & Social Media Support
– Reach out to leads on Instagram and TikTok.
– Collect and organise lead information into spreadsheets/CRM.
– Light community management (DMs, comments, engagement).

Website & Integrations
– Assist with Wix website creation/updates.
– Help connect and integrate programs/apps (automations, forms, etc.).

General Admin
– Data entry, organisation, and reporting.
– Light research tasks and project coordination.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

Strong Canva design skills (portfolio required).

Experience with Thinkific, including:
– Uploading course content.
– Creating course landing pages.
– Structuring and designing online learning modules.

Experience in Wix website management.

Familiarity with Klaviyo (or similar email platforms).

Knowledge of program integrations/automations (Zapier, forms, etc.).

Excellent written English – warm, professional, and persuasive copywriting.

Highly proactive, self-starter, and confident decision-maker.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Reliable internet, laptop/computer, email, and WhatsApp access.

Work Details

8–10 hours per week to start (with room to grow).

Must have at least 4 hours overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Rate: Negotiable, based on experience.
