We are looking for a Data & E-commerce Platform Specialist to support our marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in gathering, consolidating, and analyzing performance data across multiple platforms, as well as managing website content and supporting in setting up campaigns on advertising platforms.
This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate performance data from:
- Social media platforms (engagement, reach, etc.)
- Website & Google Analytics (traffic, conversions, audience behavior)
- Advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Other sales/marketing data sources as needed
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
- Recommend campaign and platform optimizations based on data
- Manage website content updates (banners, product pages, blogs, etc.)
- Support in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all data and reports
Qualifications
- Strong background in digital marketing analytics & reporting
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related tools
- Experience managing website content (Shopify, ZId, or similar CMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating online
