To strengthen our remote team, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant with a strong SEO background to support listing optimization, catalog upkeep, and performance-focused improvements across all Amazon marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon SEO Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO strategies across product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

Listing Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain product listings using both the Amazon interface and flat file uploads.

Variation Setup: Support the creation and organization of parent-child listings, bundles, and multi-pack variations.

Catalog Quality Assurance: Monitor listings for suppressed or inactive status and proactively resolve issues via Seller or Vendor Central.

Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of product information including attributes, pricing, and availability.

Administrative Support: Assist account managers with day-to-day catalog tasks and SEO-related documentation.

Reporting & Monitoring: Track keyword rankings, listing performance, and flag opportunities for further optimization.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a virtual assistant or e-commerce support role, ideally with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.

Solid knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword tools, and listing optimization strategies.

Experience with flat file uploads and variation management.

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive (a plus).

Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

Self-motivated, communicative, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
